Terms of Service

By inviting EnduroBot to your Discord server or using the EnduroBot desktop app, you agree to these terms.

Service Availability

EnduroBot calculates race schedules, driver stints, and telemetry data. We do our best to keep the bot and services running 24/7. However, we are not responsible for any in-race penalties, missed stints, or lost positions caused by internet outages, sim crashes, or telemetry dropouts.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed automatically through Shopify or our payment providers on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

Acceptable Use

Do not try to hack, reverse engineer, overload our servers, break telemetry endpoints, or spam commands. If you abuse the service, your access and your server's access will be permanently revoked.
